Delivery

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery is free of charge within Singapore unless otherwise stated.

A delivery charge of $5 will be required for all Purely Adoptions items unless purchased with other Noel Whisky items or if purchase of Purely Adoptions items exceeds $50.

When will the orders be delivered?

Orders will be processed within 3-5 working days for all instocks.

Is there GST charges?

All prices are nett and inclusive of GST.

What is the currency of the prices?

All prices on Noel Whisky are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Order

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Upon receipt of your online order, an auto generated confirmation email will be sent.

Our Delivery Service Officer will then contact you by the next working day to confirm the delivery schedule. For payment by Bank Transfer, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you by the next working day upon receiving the payment.

Can I change/ cancel my order?

You may amend or cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to delivery for all items except repackaged food.

For repackaged food, a 72 hours notice prior to delivery is required for amendments or cancellations.

Exchange/Refund

What happens if I received a defective item?

All exchanges or returns of product(s) must be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of items.

Can I exchange or return my order if I changed my mind after receiving it?

All exchanges or returns of product(s) must be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of items.

Repacking

Do you provide repacking services?

Repacking service is available for all Kibbles at a service fee of $2. However, do take note of the following:

  • Any warranties or guarantees on the quality of function of the packed food will be nulled and voided for repacked pet food. We will not be responsible in the event that worms, weevils, beetles or mould etc. are found in the repacked food after purchase.
  • All repacked pet food is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • While we endeavour to uphold optimal hygiene standards, we are unable to provide vacuum repacking hence, please opt for this service at your own risk.

We do not encourage clients to use this service if you are intending to store/ use the food for more than 5 months. Oxidation will take place once the original vacuum packaging of food is opened for repacking. As we are unable to provide vacuum repacking, quality may be compromised although the expiry date may still be far away. We will recommend that you purchase a smaller pack instead to ensure best quality. Please refer to the AVA guidelines for more information.

By requesting for repacking, you are agree that this service is offered at your request and you will not hold Noel & Whisky Lifestyle Pte Ltd liable in the event worms, weevils, beetles or moulds are found in the repacked food after purchase.

Gift Wrapping

Do you provide gift wrapping service?

Yes, we provide gift wrapping service at a charge of $3 per invoice.

Can I choose to wrap my products separately?

We are unable to wrap your products separately if you make your purchase in one order. To have separate wrapping for items purchased, please make separate orders.
